The project involved a gut renovation in an early twentieth century co-op building in Greenwich Village. Two apartments were combined and converted to a two bedroom apartment by relocating the existing kitchen to the living/dining space.
Work included upgrading the façade on the interior, changing out the windows, installing new finishes and high end appliances. New flooring was installed. Existing partitions were removed to create a larger living/dining/kitchen area. A state of the art sound system was also installed. New built in closets were provided in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were redone with new fixtures and finishes that included subway tile and white marble.
