Built in 1900, the 4-story,two family town house is being gut renovated and converted to a single-family home. The first floor will comprise of living, dining and kitchen areas. The second and third floors will house the family room and bedrooms and the entire fourth floor will comprise of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Some existing features such as the wood staircase and intricately carved handrails are being repurposed. The existing skylight on the roof is being repaired. The work also includes a new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler system.
