The building is an Information Center to the magnificent Gol Gumbaz mausoleum. It takes its cues from the profile of the dome, which is one of the largest in the world. The canopy over the center restricts solar gain and frames the view of the mausoleum. Local materials such as bamboo and coir are utilized in the canopy structure.
