The project includes the renovation of a three bedroom apartment on the upper west side of Manhattan. Situated on the 23rd floor, the apartment had views looking west towards Riverside park and east towards Central park. By removing walls we were able to open up the living dining and kitchen space to create a large open plan bringing light into the space and breathtaking views on either sides.

The kitchen was renovated to include an island and a small dining nook where one could sit down with a cup of coffee and a newspaper and enjoy the view out of the window. The bathroom and powder room were also renovated with new tiles and fixtures. The bedroom were reconfigured to create better closet space and a nursery. New tiles were installed at the balcony. New light wood flooring compliments the shades of blue and grey used in the apartment.
